The morning of Breccan's birthday, Tin Man and I ran a 5K in the pouring rain around Lake Merritt in Oakland. We had to run the race to complete our Lose Weight, Get Fit Challenge. After the fire station we had our families over for lunch for a family birthday party for Henry. When I asked Henry what he wanted for his birthday lunch, he said, "Pepperoni pizza, BBQ chips, and chocolate cake."
