Where can I find cheap flowers or balloons?

My one and only lives in Louisville, Ky and I love in Pflugerville, Tx. Her birthday is tomorrow and I would like to have something sent to her house BUT I am on a very very tight budget (she wouldn't enjoy the gift if I spent too much on it, for those
Supermarkets and roadside stands usually have the cheapest ones, but to have them delivered is not cheap anywhere. I would contact a local flower shop in her town and get them to deliver. Here are a couple.

How should I decorate my mom's birthday cake?

My mom is turning 54 in May. I know it's early to be thinking about it, but I really want to make her a cake! I love to bake, but I have never done a real decorated cake before (I've only frosted cakes with sprinkles and designed cupcakes). So my question
I think it's fabulous you want to make something for your mom's birthday. If you want to do a gardening theme, why not color some coconut green and sprinkle over the icing.

Make it look like Tinkerbell is doing yoga in the garden. Or, you could arrange cupcakes in the shape of a flower.

ok so on valentines day you got an anonymous flower, and u suspect that it could be this creep who stays silent and just stares at you, and he's ugly etc. and then on a random day, (not valentines or birthday etc) you get another random flower, what would
It would be kinda fun...but also a bit troubling that whoever liked me was so shy and insecure he couldn't make himself just talk to me (especially 2 months after the v'day flower)...that part would be a turn off...
